@heyitsgarrett: @spaceborne: @davetron5000: I no longer own a car! #fb congrats! I’ve been ‘off the wagon’ for 16 months now, and its fabulous. @davetron5000 Ditto. It’s like getting rid of a retarded friend that was around all the time but contributed nothing. What? Congrats! So exciting!

Experience is a hard thing to show in a blog post...
Before actually handling an iPhone myself, I remember thinking: that’s nice looking; and if Apple made it, I bet it feels nice to use too. Of course, when I actually got a hold of one, I almost shit my pants it felt so right. No matter how many videos and photos you show people, interaction & experience are just too difficult to show someone.

Future Shock | Fraser Speirs →
mnmal: What you’re seeing in the industry’s reaction to the iPad is nothing less than future shock. For years we’ve all held to the belief that computing had to be made simpler for the ‘average person’. I find it difficult to come to any conclusion other than that we have totally failed in this effort. The Real Work is not formatting the margins, installing the printer driver, uploading the...

Do Americans have bad taste? →
mnmal: about the 2010 Accord Crosstour: I don’t think they could have made it any uglier if they had tried—even if they were trying really, really hard to make it ugly. The sad part to me is that Honda cars designed for markets outside of the U.S. generally look at least decent (examples being the Fit, Euro/Japan Accord (aka the Acura TSX here in the States), S2000), but the ones specifically for...

So, here's Bundle: How Americans spend money on...
ilovecharts: markarms: For the past seven months I’ve been holed up in a tiny, musty room with a bunch of incredibly smart people. I’m the lucky one who got to show up and ask stupid questions. Our site, Bundle, launched late last night. It features a vast database with millions of spending trends across the U.S. Let’s say you want to see how much people are spending on groceries in my old...
